Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

 

Deposits

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I cancel your appointment, in which case your deposit will be refunded in full.

• Deposits go toward your total service fee.

• Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important details.

Payment Options: Cash, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo

 Late Policy

• Please arrive on time to your appointment.

• If you’re running late, communicate with me right away.

• There is a $10 fee for tardiness.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted me, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Card on file will be charged the full amount.

 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Deposits are transferable once.

• If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit is required.

• Same-day cancellations result in a forfeited deposit.

• No-call, no-shows will be charged the full amount and blocked from future bookings.

 Appointment Etiquette

• Please come alone. No guests or children are allowed during appointments.

• If childcare becomes an issue, you will need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Natural lashes will be available, however if you want to bring your own, please do not bring used lashes.

• Brows and upper lip must be well-groomed before your appointment.

• If not, there is a $10 grooming fee for brow and lip cleanup.

•Phone use during your service is allowed. However repeated distractions will result in appointment cancellation without a refund.

 Photos & Videos

• Pictures and videos may be taken during and at the end of your session for advertisement purposes.

• Participation is optional — please let me know if you prefer not to be photographed.

 

 Travel Policy

• I only travel for weddings, photo shoots, or parties of 5+.

• Otherwise, all services are done at place of business.

Travel setups require:

-A private space,

-Access to an electrical outlet, and

-A large table surface for supplies.

Please message me privately to book travel appointments.

 

 Off-Day Appointments

• Appointments booked on my off days or outside business hours require a $50 non-refundable fee.

 

 Halloween Policy

• All Halloween appointments require full payment upfront and are non-refundable.

• If canceled 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a 50% refund, with the remaining half kept to cover time and inconvenience.
